Define the Problem
Interior ventilation system inspections are necessary to define airflow and mechanical hygiene problems.

2. Air Flow
3. Mechanical Inspections

Before
After
Interior video inspections and snapshots are required to define problems within exhaust and HVAC ventilation systems. These inspections allow us to see holes, gaps, blockages, surface contamination, clogged coils, compromised insulation, microbial issues and many other problems that compromise the function and efficiency of ventilation systems. These issues can not be defined by exterior inspections.
Static pressure readings with manometers and CFM readings with anonometers are also important in defining where systems are compromised and to what extent. Many time fans and air handlers are not providing static pressure and CFMs right at the exhaust roof fan or the air handlers. Other times these measurements show problems further down line. In coordination with video inspection defined problems can be clearly documented.
Collecting the data and videos is important but formatting this information in a clear report sells the job. Property managers and property owners need to see very clear videos, with very clear data and outlined solutions to make investments to solve their problems. RSI delivers the video drop boxes, spreadsheets and defined solutions to make those decisions easy for the owners and managers of buildings with ventilation problems.
